What is Net Framework?
Net Framework is the guide zone of the program patch in the circulation of the window system.Computer versions need various kind of Net frame version because of  the variation system of programs(low or high) and the security commands of the system.Last years ago,it has no problems obviously with net frame version.Today,the newer programs has a problem with net frame version.so I uploaded these net frame 4.5.1.These file(.Rar) is protected by password.You can get password from slide in rar.
